Payroll
Basic pay, allowances, overtime, advances, no-pay days and EPF. Mark salaries paid by bank or cash on your pay day.
Service charge pool
Give each person a percentage of the month's pool. Shares must add up to 100%, and everyone sees theirs on My pay.
Staff records
Addresses, ID documents and emergency contacts, visible to leadership and to each person for their own file.

How does the service charge pool work?
Service charge from served dining collects into a monthly pool. Each person has a percentage share, the shares must add to 100%, and everyone sees theirs on their payslip.
Does payroll include EPF?
Yes. Employee EPF is calculated from your tax package, with optional employer EPF and ETF cost notes.
Can staff see their own payslips?
Yes. Every staff member can open their own pay, payslip and service charge share from their phone.
