Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account's billing page. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle, and upgrades are prorated where applicable.
Add billing before the trial ends to keep working without a break. If you don't, there's a short grace period, then the workspace becomes read-only until billing is added.
Starter is for properties that want every core department at the lowest price. Fuze and OTA channels arrive together on Professional, where most of the time savings come from.
